Built in 2000, the villa design is ‘traditional farmhouse’, hence its courtyards, beams & arches. You enter via a small but bright reception area, leading into an internal courtyard/garden. The ground floor sitting/dining room is large, bright & airy & overlooks the private swimming pool (25’ x 13’). From its windows you can also see the surrounding farmland. The ground floor kitchen is equipped with everything to make your stay easy & a laundry room, shower room & toilet are situated close by. Three, large double bedrooms, all tastefully decorated & each with en suite facilities, are spread over two upper floors. Every window is fitted with a net & screen so mosquito-free sleeping is guaranteed. Everything you’d expect in a villa of this quality is provided — ample wardrobe & storage space, sheets & towels & a weekly cleaning service. A ‘welcome pack’ of food, too, can be pre-arranged — just let us know what you would like before you leave. Our Gozo neighbour is on hand to help — just ask her if, for example, you want to hire a bike, to know where to fish, to discover the best beaches, to buy local wine, to book a ferry or taxi or if you are interested in knowing what’s going on during your stay. |

ClassificationThe villa is classified by the Malta Travel and Tourism Act - Holiday Premises Regulations 2002 as a "superior' farmhouse style villa with swimming pool. The Villa is licensed to let by the Malta Tourist Authority. "Thank you so much for the use of your villa. We had an absolutely Marvellous holiday. We loved the slow pace of the Island and particularly the Village itself with the bread man and fish man calling. It was a very peaceful corner. We also snorkelled round a few of the coves (San Blass was our favourite) and walked to the light house through the little lanes between The fields. We took a trip to Valetta in Malta which was fascinating but we were glad to get back to the peace of Gozo afterwards. It reminds us of going to London here - good to go but always glad to get back!" |
