Ghasri, Gozo
![]() ![]() ![]() |
The villa is in picturesque & historical G’hammar, Ghasri, the smallest village on Gozo, lying between the hills of Zebbug & G’hammar. Being such a small island (14 kms long and 7 kms wide) means nowhere on Gozo is more than 10-15 minutes walk or drive away. It is a safe & friendly place, too, & you’ll never have a problem finding someone who knows someone who has exactly what you want! In the summer, the island boasts a lively nightlife. By contrast, the winter months are more sedate. There are many places to explore — the Ta'Gurdan lighthouse offering breathtaking views; Hondoqu Bay, popular with sailors & surfers alike. Eating out is easy because there’s plenty of choice. For an informal atmosphere, there are pizzerias or the local fish restaurants. If sophisticated dining is more to your taste, there are several suitable restaurants. A well-stocked, local supermarket will deliver direct to your door and a daily delivery of fresh bread can also be arranged. Everything you might need during your stay is close at hand — a doctor, a pharmacy, a hospital, a hairdresser & a beautician. |
